Bolts European vacation
Simply perfect. We had two bolts in London Dublin Edinburgh Berlin Rome Milan Amsterdam Geneva and Paris. Amazing trip!! Ideas: soft travel case and integrated strap Well done! Contact me for details. Must have put 100 miles on them both.
Small enough and tough enough
What a great ride. This is the 2nd year i have taken my Bolt Bike to Las Vegas in the trunk of my Camaro convertible. I used it to get back and forth from the huge Consumer electronics show CES, everyone else had to wait in long lines and I just zipped by them. I am a huge fan of anything JETSON now!
For the price, excellent
Costco impulse purchase. First few days: Put in trunk, drop car off for service, ride 2 miles home. No problem. Quick trip to local store. 8 blocks, zip over, park at front door, no circling the lot looking for a place to park, back home in less than 20 minutes. Local downtown Christmas parade is crazy busy with traffic, people, crowds getting in and out. I park a half mile away, ride Jetson in, lots of looks from folks/kids that think I will be part of the parade. If you don't have expectations that this is a 25 mph full on electric bike, this little guy gets the job done.
Living in Los Angelesa presents it's challanges in getting around. The traffic is terrible. The bolt electric bike has been a lifesaver. It's compact and easy to ride.
bought a BOLT on impulse at COSTCO....and, love it...perfect for running around town.... i would suggest that you add a rearview mirror, as you cannot hear cars coming up behind you... and, perhaps buy a small bag to attach to the handlebars...i am also going to replace the seat, with a firmer one and buy a longer seat stem....anyone have suggestions?....thanks...
