About the Role:

The Copywriter will be a key member of the growing Creative Team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Interpreting and adapting brand information to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that embodies the voice and tone of the brand across the customer experience for the following channels: Ecomm (Amazon,,, etc.),, Packaging, Manuals, Blog, Presentations, Emails, Ads, and Social Media

  • Writing copy that keeps the customer engaged and reduces errors and confusion

  • Collaborating with Creative Team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style

  • Proofreading and self-editing to deliver work that is accurate and achieves the highest standards of excellence and technical quality

  • Partnering with Ecommerce, Sales and Creative teams to strategize, implement, and monitor digital marketing efforts

  • Planning and prioritizing high volume of work to meet deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of ecommerce copywriting experience

  • Passionate about digital marketing and tangible knowledge of ecommerce and SEO

  • True interest in forward-thinking products and strong technical aptitude
