About the Role:

The Inventory Control Analyst will be a key member of the growing Sales Operations team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Set up new SKUs at our 3PLs

  • Monitor receipt accuracy per offloaded container, validate received inventory and transfers,

    and adjust in ERP system

  • Partner closely with production team

  • Monitor inventory levels at all warehouses – authorize inventory adjustments with our 3PL

    (shortages, overages)

  • Establish reconciliation process between warehouse and finance for month-end inventory

    process

  • Work with Operations team on reconciliation process by reviewing invoicing and posted

    transactions

  • Analyze data and create action plans for operational efficiency with multi-warehouse scenarios

  • Execute transfers based on open orders and maximize track capacity

  • Develop and refine inventory control procedures and best practices

  • Manage physical inventory counts and cycle count processes with auditors/warehouse

  • Coordinate special projects such as labeling, box replacement, and disposition of damaged goods

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and 2 years of experience, at least 1 of which working in logistics, warehouses, or inventory control

  • Understanding of EDI and ERP systems is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to understand and modify complex spreadsheets

  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, process-development, critical thinking,

    attention to detail, and tactical skills

  • Incredible degree of patience and ability to think clearly and strategically in ambiguous

    situations

  • Exceptional communication, time management and interpersonal skills
