About the Role:

The Product Manager will be a key member of the growing Product team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new overseas manufacturing partners to expand upon our extensive product line
  • Coordinating efforts between the Product Development and Creative teams to develop new product concepts and artwork
  • Partnering with Sales to identify new potential markets and to collect customer data to help inform product development efforts
  • Collaborating with Jetson team to help design and implement a more efficient and scalable production system
  • Overseeing communication, negotiations, and problem solving with overseas manufacturing partners
  • Partnering with our Customer Service team to educate and convey on product intricacies
  • Evaluating market competition and position the Jetson product line so that it appeals to consumers
  • Determining product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing overseas manufacturing partners
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to CEO
  • Masterful negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology and/or electronics
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and tactical skills
  • Incredible degree of patience and ability to think clearly and strategically in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with large Excel spreadsheets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a self-starter and drive things to conclusion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to a process
