Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides Californian residents with certain rights regarding your Personal Information. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their Personal Information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” means the sale, sharing or other communication of an individual’s Personal Information by a business with another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

 

Please note that Jetson will still share your Personal Information for other, non-sale purposes as laid out in our Privacy Policy, such as with our service providers to provide the Services to you, meet our contractual obligations to you and comply with applicable laws, regulations and our internal record keeping practices. How to opt out

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, please email privacy@ridejetson.com with your request. After we receive and verify your request, we will no longer sell your personal information. For more information, view our Privacy Policy
