We try to process all orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days. All orders are shipped via ground shipping method and average delivery times are 1-2 business days for West Coast, 3-4 days for Midwest, and 5-6 days for East Coast. Free shipping on US product orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Parts and Accessories orders over $100 ship for free.
Holiday Shipping: Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow extra business days for order processing and delivery. While our team is always working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, the shipping carriers are working at full capacity this year and are taking longer than usual to process and deliver the packages.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: You must place your order by 11:59PM EST on December 14th to guarantee Christmas delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after 11:59PM EST on December 14th.
Items Damaged During Transit: While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the freight company immediately. Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Take pictures of damage and ask the freight company for a confirmation or claim number. Open a support ticket with Jetson describing the damage, including photos and confirmation number from freight company. Do not throw away original packaging.
Delivery Terms: Most deliveries occur between 8AM and 8PM and, if signature is required, must be signed for delivery. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be charged a $35 reshipping fee. Refused packages (except items damaged during transit) will be charged a 20% re-stock fee.
Route Shipping: Route shipping protection is added to all orders placed on Ride Jetson. You can choose to opt out of Route shipping at checkout. Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout, means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. Route is also a platform that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. Large Shipments: Orders over 10 units are subject to internal review. Jetson reseller applications are reviewed by sales team. Large shipments are subject to reseller costs and shipping charges.
We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We also do not currently ship outside of the continental United States or to PO boxes.
