I wanted to compliment the Jetson chat and support and shipping staff of Jetson. I have faced some difficult issues in getting my bike and Taumori and especially Nat have consistently provided thoughtful, considered and very helpful support throughout the ordeal. I purchased an Electric Rose cruiser bike to take with me on a long RV trip to the Pacific NW. Nat worked with me and with shipping to smooth out any logistics to make sure that the bike arrived in time for my trip. Her efforts were very helpful in expediting the shipment and she kept me continuously informed. Unfortunately, the bike was damaged by the shipper and the LCD unit was smashed. She and Taumori have been nothing less than spectacular in helping with the issue, moving the replacement request along and assisting me in getting a working bike within my narrow time frame. I come from a computer quality assurance background so I know good service when I get it, and these guys come through. No company is perfect and cannot be expected to be. The real test of quality is how quickly and how well their staff address and resolve the inevitable qlitches that occur. On this Jetson gets really high marks, and that is very rare these days. Thank you and keep up the good work!
