Riding experience

First week riding on this scooter, everything is good as expect except the head light. Wish can provide more brightness oh the head light for night safety ride.

Fun ride & the best Customer Service

My son LOVES his Jetson Element scooter. He is !50 lbs and rides it everywhere. Charge is good, nice speed and good lookin' to boot. JETSON customer service is 100% amazing too. We had an issue with our initial scooter and they were responsive and prompt with resolving the issue. WE are so thankful and having a fun Jetson summer!

Good in context

This review is after only 3 weeks and 3 charges. I weigh 170lbs and have ridden in an area that has some hills greater than 15%. For me the scooter needs light kicks going uphill. With assistance I get about 4mi. on a charge. It does well (15mph) on smooth level ground. The breaks work well. It is incredibly light for a powered scooter. All in all it does what I need. It would be an exceptional scooter for a kid and a good scooter for short trips for a small adult. It does charge in less than 4 hours. It does not have shocks or pneumatic tires so it is only for smooth terrain. On the bright side, it can't get a flat. Not for jumping curbs or abuse. So far, a value for what I paid.

Fun scooter, good times, not a Lime Scooter.

I've been using the Jetson Element Electric Scooter for about 4 months now and have enjoyed my time with it. The overall look and build of the scooter is great. Performance is also great except if you are near the weight limit of 240 lbs like I am. It's powerful enough to ride around level streets with top speeds of 9 mph. However when I hit any type of consistent slope/hill it tends to drag to the point of having to use foot power with minimal assistance acknowledging that this is more of a hybrid foot and electric scooter, not a Lime, full powered scooter for any person. That said, I've loved riding around the neighborhood with my son who has a GoCart that goes about the same speed. Nice features like the front and rear lights as well as breaks. Had some issues with a broken taillight / brake piece but was happy with how quickly customer service sent a replacement part. If you weigh less than 220 lbs which most kids/teenagers will, this will be a great addition to the get around town, have some fun "toys".
