Jetson – FRIENDS and FAMILY PRODUCT REVIEW PROGRAM – OFFICIAL RULES
Jetson Electric Bike, LLC (“Sponsor”) is the Sponsor of this program.
No purchase is necessary. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sponsor is not responsible for the incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, late, inaccurate, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, or illegible entries. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of being selected for a campaign. All entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules. One entry per person.
Based on a product’s go-to-market schedule, entrants will be asked not to disclose any details about certain products until such notice is given by the Sponsor to do so.
Each Friends and Family Product Review Program campaign has a finite number of products available. The number of entrants is selected based on the number of available products in each campaign. Unless otherwise deemed ineligible, entrants are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
Entrants agree to write a detailed product review outlining their experience with, but not limited to, unboxing, assembling, use of the product, and any lifestyle impact of having the product. Entrants may be asked to include images of the aforementioned experiences with the required product review. Entrants may be asked to share their experience using the product across social media while mentioning the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to review any social media post associated with a product of this program, or the program itself, before being published online. Entrants may be asked to participate in an interview with a member of the Jetson Product Team.
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owner, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, representatives, affiliates agents, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with the participation in the program. Should it be determined that the program was compromised in any manner, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this program, the Rules, the product or the determination of the selected entries, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this program (if any), but in no event shall any party be entitled to attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (4) entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, then the above limitations may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for its conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York.
The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries and the length of time individuals may take to enter. The product is non-transferable or redeemable in cash. Taxes are the responsibility of the selected entrant. In the event that any provision of the official rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision (s) were not contained herein. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the program, should it be compromised in any manner.
