Jetson does not share Personal Information with third parties for those parties' direct marketing. To submit a Shine the Light request, email privacy@ridejetson.com or write to us at TruRide Tech LLC, Attn: Privacy Office, PO Box 461, Jersey City, NJ 07302. We are only required to respond to such requests twice per calendar year.

California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their Personal Information. To opt out, click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or use the Global Privacy Control signal described in Section 7(H). If we have actual knowledge that a California resident is younger than 16, we will request opt-in consent before selling or sharing their Personal Information.

We may still share Personal Information with service providers for legitimate business purposes even after an opt-out request, as such transfers do not constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA.
